こんな感じで使います。

A：I’m taking away your phone
because you are always using it and you never study.
あなた、いっつも電話いじくってて全く勉強しないから、
あなたの電話を取り上げますよ。
B：But Mom, I need it.
でもお母さん、私にはそれが必要なんだよ。
A：You will get it back after your exams.
It’s important because you’re addicted to it.
You need to hit books now.
試験が終わったら返してあげる。
あなたスマホに夢中すぎるからとりあげておくのは大事。
あなた今こそ熱心に勉強しなきゃ。

A：You should not take sleeping pills every day.
Please try to sleep without using them.
睡眠薬を毎日飲むべきじゃないよ。
薬なしで寝てみてください。
B： I can’t. I must take them, else I can’t fall asleep.
私できないんです。それ飲まないと眠れないんです。
A：I think you are addicted to it.
あなた中毒になってますね。
